About the Role
This is a full-time on-site Assistant Manager role in Dublin 1. The Assistant Manager will support the theatre's general operations, assist in managing staff, oversee event preparation and execution, ensure excellent customer experiences, and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders. The role will also involve supervising the day-to-day activities, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring a smooth workflow across departments.
Qualifications and Requirements
Strong Administration skills are a must
Team management and staff supervision skills to support smooth operations and team cohesion
Event management and organisational skills, including planning, execution, and problem-solving during live events
Customer service and communication skills to ensure positive experiences for patrons and resolve concerns effectively
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
This is a full time role so applicants should not be limited by maximum hours of availability per week
